Pauls Liffey Swim for Pieta House

Hi, I'm Paul and on the 3rd of August I will be participating in the 100th Liffey Swim.  I've worked really hard to qualify for this event and am hoping to raise funds for Pieta House.
Pieta House provides a free, therapeutic approach to people who are in suicidal distress and those who engage in self-harm. 
I think this is an excellent charity and one I believe in the times we live in now is needed more than ever. So if you could please give whatever you can afford for this great charity I will be forever grateful and promise to put in a huge shift on the day for the charity.
