Paul’s family and recovery

As many of you are aware, our Paul was recently involved in a terrible incident which allegedly involved being assaulted by a stranger and then run over by a car.

Paul was given cpr at the scene and stabilised by ambulance officers before being transferred to the Hospital in a critical condition where he currently remains in a serious though now stable condition. Paul is suffering from a multitude of serious injuries, which has required multiple surgeries.

Paul is a doting father, the main provider to three young children, and a loving partner. He is passionate about fitness and is a qualified carpenter who works hard to pay the bills and keep a roof over his family home.

Due to the severity of Paul’s injuries, we have been told by the trauma team that he has a long road to recovery and rehabilitation and we are unsure how long this will take. Paul’s partner, Courtney, works full-time and has had to return to work, but her wage alone cannot cover all of the bills.

Many people have been in touch asking to help and if there is a fundraiser, as they want to support the family during this horrendous time. Your kindness and generosity is greatly appreciated, and will help provide peace of mind and enable them to focus on Paul’s recovery long term, rather than the stress of bills.
