We're back on the path after a family bereavement and some challenges with my own mental health.

We still want to stretch ourselves and chat to people we meet to raise awareness about mental health and the support Samaritan's offer.

If we also raise some funds for the branch in Milton Keynes where we both volunteer, that's a great bonus!
