Patrick's Medical Needs: Your Help Matters

Hi , my name is Kelly Jones and I am Patrick’s daughter. My dad has had many set backs since entering the hospital on June24th. He broke his hip. He started off in ICU, He spent 2 weeks in there including him getting a hip replacement. He was moved out and we thought we were on the road to recovery when his Kidneys decided to start failing. We knew about his heart having issues. All in all the medication for the heart and kidneys do not like to work together it was a tetter totter game. He never regained his strength to get rehab going and is now on hospice care. I am collecting the monies to help pay for his stay in a skilled nursery facility. He has a co-pay that he will have difficulty paining. We are hoping we can get enough money to help pay at least 2 months. We really don’t know what gods plan is so we are trying to be optimistic.
