Support Geo in loss of his love Patrick Ross

Geo Jedlicka and Patrick Ross have been partners for almost 33 years, sharing a home in Jersey City. They met when Patrick taught Geo his first 2-step lesson, and they shared their lives together often dancing as part of the queer country western and square dance communities in New York City and beyond.

On Tuesday March 26, Patrick suffered a sudden heart attack while enjoying a night out dancing. He was taken by ambulance to Brooklyn Hospital, where he stayed in ICU for several days. Due to the length of time without oxygen and circulation, and a lack of brain activity, he was not able to recover.

We are raising money now to help Geo pay for Patrick's emergency medical services and funeral expenses, and to support Geo with basic living expenses during this time of grieving and lost work.
