For the past 6-years my younger brother has been living with our mother; he has a disability which he receives ODSP for, due to this my mother was helping him. Unfortunately, my mother suffered a major stroke in early July and regrettably passed away on July 15th. The apartment they rented is not manageable for my brother alone, and the location is far and not favourable because he cannot drive. Due to this we need to relocate him to a smaller apartment closer to amenities. We are reaching out for assistance to cover cost of moving and first and last months rent as he does not bring in a lot of money on ODSP. Relocating him will also give him the opportunity to find work to further sustain himself.
