It's been said, "The greatest thing a father can do for their children is love their Mother!" There is no doubt to anyone how deeply, Pastor Sam loved not only his wife, Christina but also his children; Ray, Pamela, Sammy and his five beautiful grandchildren; LeaAna, Leilani, Destiny, Celina and Baby "Sav". He was not only a husband, father, brother and friend but also a wonderful grandpa or as his grandchildren knew him as "Pops", but was also Pastor, of Victory Outreach East Phoenix. Sammys been serving the Lord faithfully for over 28 years in our Victory Outreach Ministry. He lived a life of sacrifice and service in showing others the love of Jesus. He was a man of great passion and vision but most importantly a man who exemplified Christ's love. His legacy statement will always be "Love God, Love People!"
Many of you may know, but some may not be aware, Pastor Sam had been hospitalized and battling complications due to COVID-19. We want to thank many of you who personally prayed and fasted for him, his family and his loved ones as we believed for his miraculous healing. Healing came on Sunday, July 19, 2020; not in the form as many of us had hoped or expected, when he received his Ultimate Healing in heaven.
His passing was not only unexpected but was also heartbreaking for all those who loved and cared for him and his family. Sammy was one of the main providers for his family financially and was always the type of individual who wanted the very best for not only his family but also his church. As his family plans for the future, unfortunately without him, there will be needs that will arise that they were not prepared this early in his life to face. Pastor Sam was the primary provider and this GoFundMe page was created to help be a blessing for them during these difficult times.
