My son Rey'll Asaiah Parks 18 years old, was tragically taken from me on Dec. 21, 2023, due to gun violence. His brothers and I have chosen not to have a funeral. I cannot imagine seeing my child in a box, so we decided to have him cremated and throw him a great party.

I want to remember him the way he left me Dec. 20th, funny, spirited, smart, full of life and full of grit. Rey'll was taken from me while standing his ground...he was strong, he was a soldier. God clearly needed him for something far more important than me. So I have to be patient and stay here until it's my turn.

All funds will help with cremation and arrangements for Rey'lls party. Don't ask what you can do for me...Nothing. But, you can help me throw a great party, I'd appreciate it.
