<div>My son Rey'll Asaiah Parks 18 years old, was tragically taken from me on Dec. 21, 2023, due to gun violence.  His brothers and I have chosen not to have a funeral.  I cannot imagine seeing my child in a box, so we decided to have him cremated and throw him a great party.

Rey'll was taken from me while standing his ground...he was strong, he was a soldier.  God clearly needed him for something far more important than me.  So I have to be patient and stay here until it's<strong> my turn.</strong>
