This January, I am volunteering through Partners in Medical Missions in Guatemala! This is my first year volunteering through the program as a Physical Therapist, and I am very excited to have the opportunity to provide rehab services to those who need it most in the beautiful city of Antigua.

We will be providing critical post-operative rehab services to patients who otherwise wouldn't have access to skilled care. This year is shaping up to be a big one, as not only will our team be performing total joint replacements and trauma cases, but we'll also be expanding to provide surgical care for pediatric patients.

Each volunteer trip costs about $30,000 to cover medical supplies, joint implants, hospital expenses, and the equipment needed for these life-changing surgeries.

My personal goal is to raise $2,000 to support our team.
