The theatre, situated on Henry Street, Glossop, is a Grade II listed building, constructed in the early 1900s. As with all old buildings it needs constant maintenance and upkeep to be able to function. Despite a long track record of such works the building is currently in desperate need of work to keep the water out, in addition to the regular daily maintenance. The roof has a substantial leak to it in a number of places, and the basement has serious damp issues. Top and tail need making water tight!

The work will cost something in the region of £50,000, but with grant funding and your help we can bring the building back to its former glory. We are still gathering quotes, however all donations to the Restoration Fund will go towards these works, safeguaring the buildings future for many years to come.
