Hello everyone my name is Parker Hayden and I am a Boy Scout trying to earn my last rank of Eagle. From when I started in Cub Scouts as a Tiger Cub in first grade, up to me now being a Life Scout and a senior in high school I have always wanted to earn my rank of Eagle.

To do this I need to complete my Eagle Scout project and one of the steps to that is funding. My Eagle Scout project will be putting a chain fence up at Oak Canyon Nature Center. The chain fence will be blocking off a cement overhang making the park a safer place for visitors. I really want to give back to Oak Canyon because I have been going there for so many years and find it important for people to be able to go out into nature.
