My name is Henry Tom and I am a Life Scout with Troop 134, Lakewood, California. I am the current Vice Chief of the Order of the Arrow (OA) Puvunga Lodge (the national honor society), and I have previously served as a Patrol Leader and Assistant Senior Patrol Leader. I am currently an Eagle Scout candidate working on my Eagle project. For the project I will be turning the Parkcrest church staff courtyard into a memorial in honor of Parkcrest Church’s late Pastor Jared Wilkins. My team and I will be painting the fence, installing new drought resistant plants, putting in mulch, and installing a bench dedicated to Pastor Wilkins.
