In Aid of Movember, I'll be running an Ultra Marathon (1.5 Marathons) on 16th November, and if that's not enough to encourage you to sponsor me, I'll be taking part in the Schneider Electric Paris Marathon, in April 2026.

I’m not just doing this for the miles I’m doing it to raise awareness and funds for men's health issues, including prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health, and suicide prevention.
