Parents in need: A transformational experience

As we co-create this transformational, intimate, and sober festival, Celest Fest Eclipse, Apr 5-9, 2024, we continue to come across single parents or parents in need who'd love to experience all our healing offerings, but they are coming up against financial barriers. We want to make it possible for them to attend, so they can get a nourishing break in our supportive, nurturing pop-up village.

It's hard to explain just how profound an experience our last small festival was - parents felt supported with our free, facilitated Kids Korner, and sober environment for all. To have a gathering where parents know their kids will be safe and cared for and kids are also welcome to participate in the offerings, is a rare experience (although it shouldn't be!).

One way we are already making it more accessible for parents is providing free tickets to Kids 12 and under, kids 5 and under eat festival meals free, and we provide a free Kids Korner with experienced facilitators who'll offer crafts and games and nature exploration.

Me and my partner, Travis, are the originators of Celest Fest, and we have 4 kids between us, so we know how challenging these times can be.

This extra money will allow 6-8 parents to attend Celest Fest, and help cover some or all of their travel expenses, where needed.

If we raise more, we'll offer it to more people in need, especially those who are truly hurting, are marginalized, and could benefit greatly from our grief tending ritual, and other ceremonies to connect them back to community and spirit.

If you have it in your means to give even a tiny amount for a parent to get a beautiful, healing experience, we'd so greatly appreciate it!

Let's support our families- these kids are the future generation, and they need parents who are able to show up fully.

This festival may sound small, but we are pouring our hearts into this intentional experience, where true community is felt, deep connections are made, and transformation happens.
