We got our kitchen - now we need to fit it

Dear Friends and Supporters,

Nestled at the heart of Deptford, That Place in the Park has been a vibrant community hub and a source of support for local families for over three decades. Through our breakfast club, playgroup, and community kitchen, we provide a place where families find encouragement, support, and nourishment.

Thanks to the generosity of all who contributed to our GoFundMe campaign, we’ve raised enough to purchase a new kitchen to replace our aging facilities. Wickes and Howdens have kindly provided some key items, helping us get closer to our goal. Now, we are looking for a skilled kitchen fitter to help us complete the installation, so we can reopen a kitchen that truly serves our community.

Every contribution—whether financial or through skilled assistance—helps us ensure that our centre remains a place of joy, health, and resilience for everyone who walks through our doors.
