Support Jupi's Art and Stability

hiiii my name's Jupi. I am an artist and queer community member.

I have tried my hardest to make living in the states work, but it seems that we must break up. I have just lost my job, my main source of income; and I am now staring eviction in the face, again. after a recent trip to the UK, I have found it easier for me to integrate into community and find opportunities, an experience completely opposed the one I currently experience in Chicago/New York/Atlanta and everywhere else I've lived or stayed in in this country.

Art chose me. I tried and tried to just have a job and get through life, but it's come to this, and I hope you'll help me get to where I need to be in order to fully flesh this out. I need community now more than ever.

I chose the amount because angel numbers but also because that amount could ensure my stability for 4-6 months while I do some serious grant hunting, something I can't do while working my soul-sucking social work 9-5. This would mainly support my housing, food, transportation, and therapy costs for anywhere between 4-6 months. If the goal is reached, I think it could also be stretched to support visa costs, once I find one that fits my situation. The funds will also be used to submit my work, enter into contests, and other endeavors that will lead to more people (hopefully) digesting my work.
