On December 6th, 2024, our beloved Karina passed away, leaving behind a deep emptiness in our hearts and in the lives of those who loved her. Most heartbreaking of all, she leaves behind her two beautiful children, who were the absolute light of her life. Kari loved them more than anything in the world, and everything she did was for them.

Kari was a free spirit with a heart full of love. She loved the beach, hiking, music, and dancing. She had a way of lighting up every room she walked into—with her laughter, her energy, and always, always her jokes. Even in her final hours, she was still finding ways to make us smile and laugh. That’s just who she was—pure joy, even in the darkest of moments.

As we grieve this sudden loss, we’re also trying to gather the means to give Kari the farewell she deserves. We are asking, from the bottom of our hearts, for any help—big or small—to assist with her final expenses.
