Help restore my childhood home

Hello, my name is Erika and I'm trying to raise money for my Dad, Rik Billock to help him restore my childhood home, where he currently lives. He has lived here for 50 years and it's in a lot of disrepair. There's a guy from his boro breathing down his neck to fix it up ASAP or he may face eviction as they may try to condemn it. He's almost 75 and has worked for 58 years in theater, movies and commercials, rarely receiving pay and never receiving residuals.

Please help him keep his house and fix it right!
