Adintre Xmas Fundraiser

This year, our annual fundraising campaign is dedicated to raising essential funds for two critical causes: assisting individuals and families in need within the Fuengirola/Mijas area and introducing children to the world of sports from an early age.

While many of us relish the festive December atmosphere, complete with celebrations, parties, dinners, and lunches, it's important to remember that some individuals are not as fortunate for various reasons, often through no fault of their own.

The Adociacion Adintre, a dedicated organization, works tirelessly to support those in need. They provide essential services such as basic food, protection for women and children facing ill treatment, and assistance to vulnerable minors, among many other vital initiatives.

Additionally, we aim to support two local sports clubs committed to involving children in sports from an early age. We believe that early exposure to sports is invaluable, not only for physical fitness but also for enabling children to socialize in a safe and controlled environment, make friends, and learn the values and ethics of team sports.

The Fuengirola Rugby Club boasts over 120 young participants engaged in rugby from a very early age up to U16. These youngsters actively participate in league competitions and numerous tournaments.

The C. B. Suel Mijas Badminton Club encourages children to take up badminton and competes at the national level throughout Spain.
