Hi, my name is Jessica. My cousin Ashley and I are trying to raise some money to help out my uncle Kenny. He had a heart attack this week and goes in for open-heart surgery Wednesday. He is the primary breadwinner of a household of 4, so he will be out of work for a while to recover. He has already missed a lot of work this month due to his dad being in the hospital and losing him. He’s overcome so much this last year with cancer and having to start a new job. Update: surgery was today. He had a double bypass. His main artery to his heart was 99% blocked. Surgery went good and he is in the icu to recover. He will be out of work for quite some time and with starting a new job he doesn’t have fmla. He has always went out of his way to help anyone and now it’s our turn to help him.
