Support Homeless Veteran's Journey to Independent Stability

My name is Tancy Dalka, and I am trying to raise funds to help my friend finish paying for his camper and find a place to park it, so that he is no longer homeless. I tried to add him to my lease, so he would have my second bedroom and private bathroom, but we were unsuccessful.

He needs $500 to finish paying off the camper, $250 to update the registration for his truck, and $350 per week for a spot to park with electricity. I am asking for enough for two weeks of parking and an additional $200 for gas.

His name is Joshua Salinas. He is kind and sweet, sober, and also a homeless veteran, and these are his words:

I really need urgent help. My application to be added to my friend's lease was denied. My only backup plan to keep myself and my dog off the streets is to pay off my camper that I still owe $500. I can work to pay off the debt. I've been putting my resume in for every position I can find but no luck so far. Side work has kept us fed so we don't require food or any other assistance. Just need to pay off this camper ASAP. PS I am a veteran and my dog Aspen is my ESA. Unfortunately, I do not qualify for veteran assistance which is another conversation altogether, but I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place. Thank you for reading this and for your consideration.
