Cohere&Now - Discover the depths of our unlimited potential

Donation protected
Hi :) My name is Tenzin Ray. I’m the co-creator of Cohere&now, a mobile app for people who are passionate about discovering the depths of how unlimited we are and cultivating meaningful connections with a coherent community.

(The video at the top shares more about Cohere&Now and our mission)

We are seeking support from you and the community to help bring this project to life.

With the support from you and others in the community, we will be able to have the app available for early access to a small group of the community.

Donations
All donations will go towards finishing development of the app.

Our team is an independent group who met through Dr. Joe Dispneza’s events.

If you are excited about using the app and would love to be a part of this mission, please consider making a donation and sharing this with your friends. :)

Backstory
I wanted to share my part of the backstory that led to the creation of this app and why I'm so passionate about it.

About 4 years ago, at 21 years old I developed a dysfunction called Venous Thoracic Outlet Syndrome. A condition that compresses the main artery in the neck and shoulder area. This caused chronic shoulder pain, discoloration in my arm, and limited my ability to do simple things like reaching for something on a shelf.

The symptoms started off minor and gradually got worse. At first, I thought it was simply a physical problem. I later learned that the root cause was partially a result of the constant stress and anxiety that I'd been holding on to from my childhood.

This was largely due to my experiences growing up in Albuquerque, NM. During elementary and middle school, I remember experiences like being introduced to drugs at 9 years old, being jumped by gang members, and being robbed at gunpoint. Situations like this contributed to me living in a state of survival.

(Me in middle school)

In elementary and middle school I remember having to walk or take the city bus to school. Which exposed me to these types of situations. So I was constantly fearful, never knowing when something might happen.

(Albuquerque, NM's crime rate)

I moved out at 15 years old and I attributed the challenges my family and I experienced to our lack of money. So I decided my sole mission was to become financially free to support myself and give back to my mother, who was a single mother raising 5 kids at the time.

After 5 years on my own of barely scraping by and at times being homeless, I achieved financial freedom at 20.

I had taken over a business that a friend of mine had started. Within less than a year took that business from $60,000 in profit per year to a quarter million in profit and half a million in revenue.

From the outside looking in, I was living the dream.

I had become financially free but still struggled with depression, anxiety, and habits of falling back into the wrong crowds which lead me to almost lose my life on multiple occasions.

I left my home in Albuquerque and the business behind so I could start fresh.

Not knowing any better I started by seeking ways to heal the physical condition and ignored the underlying mental and emotional struggles.

During the course of two years, I saw over eight Doctors and tried dozens of alternative solutions. None of the Doctors were able to diagnose the condition or identify the cause of it. I experienced occasional short-term relief from physical therapy and some of the alternative solutions but the symptoms always came back.

I remember waking up one day to my left arm swollen and purple. I was recommended to go to the ER by a friend who had just learned about Thoracic Outlet Syndrome while she was studying to be a Physical Therapist. That was when I discovered that this condition could be life-threatening. That the compressed vein in my neck was causing blood clots that could have moved to my heart or brain. Which would cause heart failure or a stroke.

I was told by the physician that surgery to remove my rib was the only option and I’d have to take blood thinners to prevent the blood clots from getting worse. I was afraid but I couldn’t accept that the doctor's recommendation was the right solution for me.

I remembered the teachings from a book I had read by Dr. Joe Dispenza, “Becoming Supernatural” that I had read a few years before this.

After investing over $20,000 trying to heal my shoulder with no solution in sight, I knew I had to address the underlying cause. So I decided to take a leap of faith and go to a Dr. Joe Dispenza event.

I experienced an incredible transformation in my mental and emotional state and connected with people who had similar experiences and beliefs.

The experience opened me up to the possibility that being the creators of our reality goes beyond what I previously imagined. I still had the physical symptoms but I knew this was the answer I was searching for.

To fully commit to healing, I knew I needed to make a big change. I decided to leave everything behind once again and solely focused on mastering this practice.

There were countless times when the pain in my shoulder had completely gone and came back more intensely than before. Times when I doubted myself and the teachings, talked myself out of doing meditations because I was “too busy” or gave in to some other excuse. I missed meditations for weeks in a row, fell back into the old limited way of being, and even considered giving up completely.

It’s now 16 months after my first event, and I’ve been able to create a reality I never thought possible. My shoulder is completely healed and pain-free. I feel at peace with my past, excited about my future and more present than I've ever been.

I used to sit in my meditations feeling frustrated I couldn't find anything to be grateful for. Experiencing immense gratitude has now become a normal occurrence throughout my everyday life.

The inception of Cohere&now
At the second event I attended, I met an amazing friend and the co-creator of Cohere&now, Jada May.

Jada and I became obsessed with overcoming ourselves and mastering this practice.

We started asking questions like, ‘’How can we sustain consistency and intentionality with meditation? And have so much clarity on our desired future that we feel connected to it whether our eyes are open or closed. While simultaneously feeling whole in the present moment?”

Volunteering allowed me to connect with incredible people within the community. I witnessed the most incredible transformations in others. I also noticed people having similar challenges when trying to master the practice.

We got an idea to create something that would not only allow us to solve these questions for ourselves but something we could share with the community of people that we knew had the same goals.

As well as create something that would allow the community to sustain meaningful connections with one another.

We’ve been able to make massive strides towards creating the app by using our own resources and are now asking the community for support to be able to finalize making it available.

Our mission
The mission of Cohere&Now is to provide people with resources that make it easier to embody our unlimited nature as well as expand the reach of these types of teaching and practices.

We created this resource with the vision of a world where every human being lives in a state of wholeness.

If you are excited about using the app and would love to be a part of this mission, please consider making a donation and sharing this with your friends in the community :) Thank you!
