Hi, my name is Nick. My wife, our pets, and I are starting over from the ground up on five acres in the Ozarks. Right now, we have no income and no real shelter — but we have determination, faith, and

each other.

Our goal is to build a simple cabin by hand so we have a safe, dry place to live, care for our dogs and cats, and begin growing food. We’re doing everything we can with the little we have: clearing land with borrowed tools, using logs from the property, and planning every step to stretch every dollar.
