Thank You for your time and hopefully support. I first want to ask everyone to take a moment to pray and ask God to guide each of our hearts on this matter.The Law says I have rights to my husband's portion of the business since his passing,(Texas is a community Property State) but now I need legal help to TAKE BACK what is rightfully mine and our children.My husband worked really hard on this business , he helped to launch it from the ground up..Many sacrifices made.I have tried many times to get with my husband's business partner so we can work this out between us.

..but he has not agreed to a meeting to settle this ..and stated to me that he wll Not SHARE the business .Harmon's BBQ in Cibolo, Texas. He took my husband's name off business and never once consulted with the twins or I about the changes .This has been a strain on our children too, they loved this guyy like family called him Uncle..I personally assisted in several areas of the restaurant,,marketing, media, booking bands etc.. and wanted to continue working in those capacities to help with the success of our restaurant and have finaces to provide now as a single mother for my children and I for basic needs like rent and food etc.. Unfortunately ,

I was refused this opportunity by my husbands business associates.

I have had to make trips back home to Texas to help resolve matters and appear in probate court etc..to help resolve matters. With travel and legal expenses that were incurred it has put a major strain on our families finances. Your generosity in giving financially, and praying about this situation is much appreciated. We also would love your Prayers as we will pray for you as well. I never thought I would be here ..Ronnie was young .we were making plans on things and then this happened .There is a lot being thrown at me right now it seems and the twins but I know OUR GOD is able to move mountains. Someone recently pointed out some scripture to me from our church James 3: 13-18 I wish we could all live in a world with more peace n love..I don't like confusion /strife and I did not want to be here..I have also been reminded of the story in the Bible where the widow was seeking justice..She had very little financially

but she had her FAITH and rights..Please pray with us that this matter can be resolved quickly and no other mom/widow/children has to go through this and God shows us his promise that he has made to us in delivering Justice to our family.Thank You for your time and May God Bless You All!!
