I first want to ask everyone to take a moment to pray and ask God to guide each of our hearts on this matter.The Law says I have rights to my husband's portion of the business since his passing,(Texas is a community Property State) but now I need legal help to TAKE BACK what is rightfully mine and our children.My husband worked really hard on this business , he helped to launch it from the ground up..Many sacrifices made.I have tried many times to get with my husband's business partner so we can work this out between us.

He took my husband's name off business and never once consulted with the twins or I about the changes .This has been a strain on our children too, they loved this guyy like family called him Uncle..I personally assisted in several areas of the restaurant,,marketing, media, booking bands etc.. and wanted to continue working in those capacities to help with the success of our restaurant and have finaces to provide now as a single mother for my children and I for basic needs like rent and food etc..
