As this project nears completion, I’m absolutely delighted to share that, thanks to the incredibly hard work of Simon Fussell and Son, the shower has now been fully installed. I’ve been advised that the water will be live by the end of next week, which is a huge milestone for us all. Even better, we have managed to come in under budget on the build itself. Now that it has been completed I have been able to crunch the number and have a final fundraising target.  There is still some way to go with the fundraising, so I’ve updated the GoFundMe page with the final amount we still need to raise. To break it down, we still need to raise £4,290 in match funding, as well as cover £3,400 in VAT, which unfortunately we were unable to claim through the fund. I really hope people will consider contributing – any amount is hugely appreciated and genuinely makes a difference. We have some fantastic business support in the pipeline, so please do keep an eye out for upcoming fundraising events.
