Out of Work, Out of Luck: Achilles Rupture

Today, I am asking for a bit of help. Unfortunately, I recently had a quite severe work injury where I fell off of my flatbed load 12 feet high, ruptured my Achilles, and hit my face on a metal bar. This has put me out of work for up to 4-5 months. I'm unable to work my semi while I heal. I'm a business owner so I've had to pay out of pocket for just about everything, hospital, meds, and potential surgery. The surgery is $12,000 alone. As prideful as I am, this has been difficult for me, but I'll get through it.
