OUR LAST HOPE TO BRING MARSHMALLOW HOME!

Marshmallow is still missing! As many of you know, Sarah Smolak is currently facing 40 criminal charges tied to unthinkable acts of animal cruelty. Dozens of dogs were rescued from her home. But one sweet soul, Marshmallow, was not among them. To this day, we still don’t know where Marshmallow is. There is no official record, no confirmed sighting, no trace of him left behind. And because of that, the criminal justice system cannot fight for him. He’s invisible in the eyes of the law, but not to us. That’s why we’ve taken the only path left to fight for Marshmallow: we’ve filed a civil lawsuit against Smolak. This legal action is our last hope of uncovering the truth and bringing him home. Our attorney has generously offered a major discount, but the case will still cost over $6,500—money we simply don’t have, as much of our previous fundraising went to other critical investigative efforts we’re still unable to speak about due to the ongoing criminal case against Smolak. We know it's a big ask. But Marshmallow matters. His life matters. And we cannot give up on him now. Please, if you can spare anything- $5, $10, anything at all- we are asking from the bottom of our hearts: help us fight for Marshmallow.
