ReAnna's Heart Surgery Journey
Hello everyone my name is Samantha Chaney. I have one daughter ReAnna Lynn better known as ReRe, who is 9 months. June 24th, 2021 after 4 cardiology visits due to Pulmonary Stenosis, (in other words, this constricts proper blood flow through the heart), we were told she needs to have a procedure done to ensure her blood flows properly because there is a strong possibility this could cause death. As you can imagine this is a very stressful situation, as is. Furthermore a few days after finding this out, I received a call from CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL NEW ORLEANS, confirming that she will need surgery for this procedure and will have to be on the bypass machine. I do not have words to describe the anxiety of this whole situation but nevertheless I know that we will need extra funds to get everything taken care of. I sincerely hope anyone reading this remains positive and consider if it was your baby, what you would do. We're asking for $1,000. We will travel out to New Orleans August 2nd. (in 2 weeks!!!).
