We never imagined we’d be here.

What was supposed to be a straightforward repair on our Sprinter turned into months of breakdowns, unsafe exhaust fumes in the cabin, repeated limp mode, being stranded on mountain roads, lost work, extra rent, travel costs, and thousands in unexpected expenses.

This van isn’t just a vehicle for us, it’s our home, our work, and how we provide for our family.

We trusted the wrong shop, gave multiple chances for it to be made right, and now we’re left paying the price physically, financially, and emotionally.

At this point, we are fighting for refunds, repairs, and trying to keep our family moving safely.
