Reuniting our family

Hi to all those lovely people out there,

as some of our friends already know we have been on the move to the UK as a family, during which Lotte had to go back to Germany to apply for her visa to be able to work and stay here.

Since Lotte applied for her visa in march to come to the UK she has been stuck in Germany waiting and has been separated from her boys and me for over 2 months.

Now we’ve actually had a visa refusal and this means we need to appeal the decision.

During this time of the appeal it should be possible for Lotte to come here on a tourist visa, but there is a high chance that she would be stopped at customs and turned away if not supported by a legal letter.

For an appeal to be successful we were highly recommended to take a lawyer as the chances for success without legal help are extremely low.

As everyone knows lawyers are amazing in cases like these for taking a lot of the stress out of the situation and in understanding the jurisdictional language (we are all suffering a lot of stress already) and also in making it possible for Lotte to be here with us during the time of the appeal. The one bad thing is they cost an arm and a leg, this is why we are reaching out to all those friends and people that have the tiny idea of what this may feel like to be separated from their loved ones.

If we can raise the money to pay for our lawyer it means we will hopefully have a lot less stress and be successful with the appeal and our family can be reunited.

Please help us if you can, every little helps and it would mean so much to us to be reunited and to be able to live together in the UK.
