Help us Honor Dad with a memorial bench at Brenda Leipsic dog park.

We are raising funds to honor the memory of Dennis Huntrods, a beloved friend, Dad, Bumpa, and passionate dog lover with a bench at Brenda Leipsic Dog Park, where he was the Director of Membership and avid dog parker.

Dennis loved taking his pack Pearl, Juno, Woodstock, and Parker to the dog park, always offering love, care, and kindness to every furry friend he met. Whether it was long walks at the park, or sneaking treats at the table, Dennis' love for dogs was obvious.

To keep Dennis' memory alive (and give tired dog parents a place to sit,) we would like to install a memorial bench at Brenda Leipsic Dog Park. This bench will be a perfect spot to rest, enjoy the scenery, or ponder life's big questions - like why do dogs always know when you're about to eat something delicious?

Every donation helps. Whether it's the cost of a chew toy, or a few fancy dog treats, with your support, we will create a space where both humans and dogs can relax, just like Daddio would have wanted. Maybe even a squirrel or two will stop by to say hello (but probably not).

$2000 will go toward the bench, and the bronze plaque is extra. Any extra donations will go toward our Dad's funeral costs.
