Please join my family in our journey for our dad, grandpa and friend. On October 24,2023 Frank James Hines Sr. Was seen by his doctors and was told he has bilateral CAD (Carotid Artery Disease) and if not treated he has 3 weeks until he had a major stroke. This was unexpected news and has lead to 2 surgeries so far 1st on October 26th where they found the leg and stomach blockage those surgeries will have to be done for that and the 2nd on November 1st but we have been told he will need a few more due to 3 out of the 4 arteries are blocked and there was blockage found higher in the brain so he is being refered out to a neurosurgeon, when he came out of the surgery he said to his Dr. "Am I still alive" this has been a very scary time for him and his family. With that said he will be forced out of work for 6-8 months and he is a single income and there is a possibility he wont be able to go back to work that will be discussed at a later time. This is hard on the whole family at this time we figured we would reach out to our friends and family during this hardship. He has done so much for all of us this is our way to show up for him. So if you can help our family help him we would appreciated. We want to thank everyone who has been praying and has him in thier thoughts we want you to know that all you kindness is noticed and appreciated. For most people these days there are not a lot of avenues to turn to for assistance as a single male, these funds will be used to help with his medical bills and well as his household. As this journey unfolds I will update this page to keep you all informed as much as I can.
