We are Veterans, we are Patriots, and we are also your neighbors. We are privileged to have served alongside so many we continue to stand in awe of. Fellow Americans and most recently our fellow Afghan soldiers - proud and selfless patriots who hoped to see a better future for their family and their country. They DID NOT fail, many are still in hiding for fear of what the current Taliban regime will do them. Some were able to escape - landing as refugees all over the world and they need our help.

This is a call out to support one such family here in San Antonio. They are refugees (Naqibullah the father, a soldier who served and sacrificed with us) who are facing our everyday realities of providing for their children, keeping them safe, and enabling a life for them that provides promise and hope. They have embraced the American Dream and will work tirelessly to achieve it as your fellow neighbors and friends and one day as your fellow citizens.
