Help Our Beautiful PMDD Community To Grow And Thrive!

Hey amazing PMDD warriors!

I have started this fundraiser as a way to make our beautiful PMDD community sustainable.

From humble beginnings as a weekly support group less than a year ago, our community continues to evolve, grow and thrive.

During that time I have been able to offer services such as a resource hub, a What's App group, one on one support sessions, a weekly discussion group and most recently real time call/video call support.

As most of you know I have ME/CFS as well as PMDD and I haven't been able to work since June 2023. I now receive government and provincial disability, on which I am able to earn up to a certain amount per year. The challenge for me (like so many of you) is how to earn an income when I have these health issues!

I just started training to become a certified Peer Support Worker so that I can make a living helping folks with PMDD, mental health issues, and chronic illness. This training will take some time because I struggle to be consistent with my learning due to my health issues.

The services I offer, when I reflect on the time and energy, are becoming a full time job for me, as more and more people join our What's App group and as services evolve.

I will always offer these services for FREE as I myself am unable to pay for any supports I might need, but there will now be an option for one on one's, last minute right in it's and the discussion group, to make a donation to support our community.

I want to be able to donate as much of my love, care, support and attention to our amazing community as I can, but at the rate it's growing it's not sustainable for me to do this on a purely volunteer basis.

Every donation means the world to me, because I sincerely put my whole heart into everything I am offering. I truly care about each and every one of you, and want to support you in any way I can.
