As most of you would know by now, Tony is being prosecuted under the Aboriginal Heritage Act for improving his access to his property across a creek.

Tony has been threatened with Jail and a hefty fine for doing what all of us try to do, upkeep, maintain and have pride in our property.

All he did was improve an already existing crossing.

If Tony ends up being found guilty and made an example of, what does this mean for the rest of WA - Farmers, Hobby Farmers and Lifestyle block owners alike?

We have no choice but to take this to trial and try to fight for what's right, fair and just. The impact this could have on regional WA could be irreparable!

To go to trial it is going to cost Tony a significant amount of money while he fights on behalf of ALL OF US! So if you could dig deep and help out it would be greatly appreciated.
