Hi, my name is Tim. My neighbor Larry Mullen took it upon himself to commission the Angel sculpture that sits at Markle Mill Dam Park. The funding was $2,800 paid by Larry. Let’s surprise Larry for taking it upon himself to show pride in the Northern Vigo County.
