Ossining Padres Hispanos (OPH) is a 501 (C)(3) NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION that was established in Ossining, New York in 2016 to promote community solidarity and enhance community well-being throughout the Town of Ossining. Our organization consists solely of self-less volunteers within the Ossining community who are passionate and eager to lend a hand to those in need.
OPH’s mission is to provide members of the community with vital opportunities that can help people live successful and happier lives. Our efforts are focused on providing disadvantaged families, including immigrants and refugees, access to essential resources such as food, clothing, and educational classes. OPH has organized and led several community projects including Ossining’s Annual Hispanic Festival, Ossining High School Student Courtyard Beautification Project, OSHA classes, an anti-littering campaign, community cleanups, and numerous fundraisers for those in need of medical treatment.
On February 2021, with the help of our community we opened a Family Resource Center located at 109 croton Ave. Currently, we are helping over 700 local families with food, clothing, furniture, diapers, and more.
We have 120 students in our ESL classes. We graduated 150 HHA, and with the help of our amazing volunteers some of our clients passed the citizenship test.
With your donation, we can continue feeding and clothing families in need and aid in the expansion of our educational services.
Please donate to OPH so we can help our neighbors in the Ossining community. Even the smallest donation can make a long-lasting impact.
With Appreciation,
Ossining Padres Hispanos
