Orphans are Calling - Urgent help needed

Less than a month ago I crossed paths with Momodoulamin (Momo) from Gambia and I have been deeply touched by his situation.

Momo is the eldest Brother of five.

He has 2 younger sisters Isatou and Binta:

and 2 young brothers Ebou and Modou:

Unfortunately, a few years ago their Father died in a car accident and all the money he left (not much as you can imagine) was used to try to save their mother from Brain Tumor, their mother passed too.

Their Grandma is young, 52, but sick and poor as well. She has been able to feed them at times, and other times they found some help from people like me to afford their living expenses. Recently an American man got sick after all the issues the world has been facing and stopped replying to them and we don't know what happened.

Momo was gathering wood in the bush and selling it until the Gov prohibited it with heavy fines. Momo was studying, however, he had to stop studying and in Gambia, without a school title you hardly find a job. The only thing he could do is buy a Donkey for the cost of USD 800 and use it to make some money as a Taxi.

His brothers and sisters won't have a chance to study so far.

Their rent is USD 150 a Month and the food is USD 70 a month.

I have sent them money for food and I am committed to helping them ongoing, and this month I have also paid them rent however I won't be able to keep helping them with rent or more than I m already doing.

The landlord helped them letting them stay for months without paying, he also needs to eat and is about to have no choice but to leave them in the street where they could get severely sick and exposed to many dangers.

In the total amount I am raising for them, I have included 1-year rent of USD 150 x 12, the cost of the Donkey of $800, and the food of USD 70 x 12.

the total is USD 3440 = $5149.68 AUD

If I can reach the target, they will be able to sleep with no worries for a while and give Momo the time to settle into his new job and gather the money for future expenses.

If I can I will provide more help in the future too, for now, this is an emergency call because we don't have much time before these kids are going to be left in the street.

After my first donation, they sent me videos of them eating and said thanks Linda doing a specific gesture I asked them to do. I have seen all the receipts and I will upload and send them to whoever helps them with photos and proofs.

I use World Remit for the transfer and I have been accurately checking all the receipts Momo has been cashing out. I have also their Rent Receipt and all direct contact with the landlord. We communicate through the social network, Momo has an old phone and connects to some neighbours' internet.

Please, help us, help me to make this happen for them.

To see them happy is all I am asking for. There are many situations like this, we can start from what we can do ourselves and reach with help where others have not arrived yet.
