Hi everyone,

This June, I am incredibly excited to take part in the UCDVO volunteer programme, a four-week placement in Uganda with The Irish Society and UCD SPHSS. As part of this Sports in Development Uganda GAA pilot, our team will deliver a high-quality sports programme to school children, using Gaelic games to promote empowerment, teamwork, and both physical and mental well-being.

Your support will make a real difference in these students’ lives, giving them the opportunity to engage in sport and experience the benefits of GAA. Any contribution, big or small, would mean so much to me.
