October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. This past August, I lost my aunt to stage four breast cancer. She dedicated her entire life helping others spending three decades as a Habilitation Specialist for young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. To honor her memory of helping others, I’m hosting a 90-minute Orangetheory Fitness class on Saturday, October 18th at 7:30 AM.

A $15 minimum donation secures your spot, but any additional support is deeply appreciated. All proceeds will go to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
