How it works:

Donate $5 to nominate a practitioner to do 5 minutes of your chosen exercise. For example, you can donate $5 to have Sam Rundle, our practice manager, complete 5 minutes on the assault bike. If you use this online portal, please leave a comment specifying which practitioner you have chosen and what exercise. You can also donate without choosing an exercise.

For health and safety reasons, each practitioner will only have 9 slots of 5 minutes each on the day. If your chosen practitioner's slots are filled, you can select another practitioner with available slots. Alternatively, you can have your practitioner complete the exercise during your session in the week of the event.

At Optimum Health Solutions, our motto is to enable people to live life to the fullest. We believe in giving back to our community, so we are using our Christmas Party to entertain our clients by putting ourselves through our paces and raising funds for a different charity each year. This year, we have chosen The Hamlet Cafe.

How will the donation reach the charity? This money will be sent directly to the Hamlet Cafe, with a record kept on file.
