Hello, everyone.
As some of you may have heard, Chara unfortunately got in a car accident this past weekend due to the the icy roads. Her car ended up getting totaled as a result. I’m sure most of you know that Chara has a very busy schedule with school, work, her community group, and all the hours she spends volunteering. She plans on trying to find a new car this weekend.

Zach had the bomb idea (as Chara would say) to raise money to go towards getting Chara a new car. I’m sure you are aware that Chara doesn’t have family to step in and help support her. But that isn’t really true; she does have family. She has us. I think it would be so awesome if her church family and community could use this tough situation to show our love and support for Chara.

Chara has made a huge impact on so many people's lives at paradigm and beyond. I really haven’t known Chara all that long, but in that brief time, I have seen how she invests in others, giving what she has to give. I have heard countless stories from people that tell me how Chara has sacrificed her time, energy, and money for them. She will drop everything to put people over projects, being in a constant state of saying “yes” to serve the Lord and love on the people around her.

Now, I know a lot of us are broke college students, and in no way do I want to pressure anyone to give. But if you are able, I think this would be so cool if we could rally and bless Chara with a gift during this time. Even if you can only give a small amount, I’m sure anything would help.
