Hi, my name is Ian. In June 2025 I have challenged myself to take on Operation Swim. Swimming the length of one, two, three or all five of the Normandy beaches. Raising money for Help for Heroes.

I would be grateful if you could help me reach my £250 pledge which will go towards providing life changing support for veterans and their families, no matter where or when they served. There are many challenges when leaving the armed forces, in the UK today many veterans and their families are struggling with painful injuries, mental trauma, loneliness, isolation, sleepless nights and poverty.

As a veteran myself this is a charity close to my heart and if you can help, please do so.
