Operation Sauced Up. BBQ for the Covid floor

I hope I can get some friends to loosen those purse strings so I can cook a warm and homecooked meal for some local nurses on the front line at a local COVID-19 facility.

I am looking to recoup some of the food costs associated with cooking for 60-70 healthcare workers. If the goal is smashed all the leftover money will be used to purchase Tim Hortons gift cards for the staff at the hospital.

This will be happening on May 6th with the delivery of food on May 7th at 6 PM with pics to follow during the smoke and the delivery. Feedback from the staff seems to be very positive as they are looking forward to something other than cold sandwiches.

The menu will be:
5 Smoked Pork shoulders for pulled pork
5 Whole Chickens courtesy of the Pytlik family
Homemade Apple Jalapeno BBQ sauce
Homemade vinegar sauce
2 trays Homemade coleslaw
1 tray Homemade salad for the dietary restricted nurses Thanks Newbury Salads at Expo and the Petrik family. 
1 tray Root beer baked beans
1 tray Peach baked beans
120 Dicamillo hard rolls
3 x 24pk water
3 x 12pk various sodas
Plates
Containers for the staff to take home leftovers
