478 days. That is how long it has been since I have seen my three children after they were wrongfully taken by their father, our case sitting in the backwaters of a legal system that protects abusers, my pleas presenting hard evidence of the deceit that gained him custody ignored, my heart in shreds listening to my children cry on the phone begging to come home for over a year.

Now, I finally have a hard hitting attorney to help us get justice and she has secured an emergency hearing this month.

This leaves me one week to secure funding for plane travel to NH and return travel back to Idahome, along with transport costs to finally get our belongings out here with us after having to leave them behind last year in order to get to safety.

It is going to take a village to get this done, and that's what I am so grateful for both here in Idaho plus connections from afar...community! I would not have survived this nightmare of a life chapter if it hadn't been for the support and kindness I have already received and this is where I will unashamedly ask for help, knowing I can't do this on my own as I am already draining my own hard earned funds to get things rolling.

This is Operation Little Bird. The winds are blowing in our favor now and it's time to fly.
