Operation H.U.G.S.

 

 
Our businesses and citizens in the Clayton County area are the heartbeat of our community. We are constantly striving to better our community. Our mission is “To be a supportive organization that focuses on an expression of love by bringing warmth, comfort, and healing to Clayton County, one resident at a time.”

 

The Grass Roots Leadership Institute class of 2016 present Operations H.U.G.S. At Operations H.U.G.S., we desire to be of support to children devastated by tragedy, and seniors living in nursing homes.

 

We launched Operation H.U.G.S. (Healing, Understanding, Giving, Selflessly) in the fall of 2016. Since its inception, we have donated hundreds of bears, and socks to Elmcroft Nursing Home, Arrowhead Nursing Home, Rainbow House, Jonesboro Nursing Home and the House of Dawn. In order to continue this great work, we are asking for donations of new teddy bears, new pairs of non-skid socks, fleece blankets, or monetary donation.

 

Your generous gift supports our program to enhance and improve the quality of life for children and families of Clayton County. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your support of this community project.  We know that you share in our commitment to promote a community environment where all are welcomed to work, play, pray, and enjoy economic prosperity.
