Hi, my name is Jaxson, i’m only 15 days old, not even a month old. When born, I was born with 3 heart defects which now I have to get open heart surgery for. The doctors wanted me to gain at least 6 lbs before surgery but because of my defects it’s made it difficult for me to do so. The doctors now have bumped my surgery date up and I’ll be going open heart surgery this upcoming Tuesday. I’m asking for your help to please cover cost of the surgery , any aftercare, living expenses or groceries that my family and I might need. Anything helps and is very appreciative.
