Starting on 12th August 2024, two of our fantastic English teachers Katy and Mary will embark on an inspiring journey, walking the entire length of the River Tees—from Cow Green to Teesmouth—over six days to raise vital funds for Open Door North East . Covering over 80 miles, they will be joined by staff, volunteers, and service users for various legs of the walk. This amazing effort supports ODNE's "Key to the Door" campaign, aiming to raise £21,000 over the next year to assist asylum seekers who would otherwise not have a safe place to call home.
